IDB Belgium includes some 130 workmen and some 30 employees of which 85 are women. The employees work in a fixed day shift and the workers are employed in various departments such as the production department, the cleaning department, the stock department. The production department is the largest department within IDB Belgium. The people of the production department and the warehouse work in a morning or afternoon shift, which changes every week. Workers of the cleaning department work in a fixed night shift.
